Terms and policies.

By using this website, sending the story form or buying a song, you agree to these terms and policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.

You can play and keep your song, and use it in personal videos and on your own social media pages, as long as you do not earn money from it.

You may not sell, license or distribute the song itself, upload it to a music store or streaming service, or use it in advertising or any business project.

Your song is generated by AI, so we do not transfer copyright or exclusive ownership, and we cannot promise that no one else will receive a similar song.

Buying a song does not give us marketing permission for your story or recording.

Sharing a song with a friend. After you buy a song you can email a friend a private link to listen to it. Please share only with people who would welcome it. The friend’s page lets them listen but not download, and the same personal-use rules apply. The page stays up for a limited time, up to 30 days after your song was made, and stops sooner if the song is refunded or removed. You can share a song with up to 5 people.

The two 60-second previews are free, and you are never obliged to buy. Please listen to both previews before you buy.

All sales are final once you buy a full song, except in these cases, when we will refund the full price to the card you paid with:

• your song could not be generated, or your download was not delivered to you;
• your song has a major defect, for example the file will not play, is cut off or is silent;
• you were charged twice (we refund the extra charge);
• we reject or cancel your request or song after you have paid.

Corrections at no charge. If a name is mispronounced, a detail is wrong or you want some part of the song changed, we will regenerate your song once at no charge, using your corrected wording. We do not change the genre or the basic structure of your original request, and a new version may differ from the first in other ways. Please listen to your song as soon as you download it, and ask within 24 hours of buying.

How to ask. Email lotsofdigitaldots@gmail.com (or reply to your download email) and tell us the email address you used. Your bank decides how long a refund takes to show up. When a refund is issued, your download link stops working, usually within an hour. Please delete your copy and stop using the song.

If you were charged and your download email has not arrived within an hour, reply to any email from us and we will sort it out.

How your song is made. Your song is generated by a third-party AI music service from the story you send. Nobody at the studio writes, performs or reviews it before you hear it. Every song carries an inaudible watermark, added by the AI service, that identifies it as AI-generated.

What we cannot promise. Names may be mispronounced, details may be misread, and the song may not match what you pictured. Another customer may receive a similar song. AI-generated work may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot give you exclusive rights.

What we will not make. We cannot make songs that imitate a particular artist's voice or use existing song lyrics. We may decline or cancel any request that is hateful, harassing, sexual or unlawful, and we will refund any payment for it. Please do not name real artists or bands in your request, and please do not use vulgar language, swear words or lyrics that personally attack or degrade a person. We reserve the right to reject any request or song for any reason.

Your story. We use your story only to make your previews and song. The form and its submissions are handled as part of this website. Your story is also kept in our private cloud storage and sent to a third-party AI service to create the music. Our emails to you are sent from our email system, which also keeps your email address as a contact. We do not sell your story or use it for marketing.

A friend you share a song with. When you share a song we keep your friend’s email address and first name, your name, and the date, so we can send the email, stop anyone being sent too many, and tell people about the studio. We may email your friend about Infiniti Song Studio. Every email has an Unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we stop emailing anyone who unsubscribes or asks us to. We keep a friend’s contact details until they ask us to delete them. To have details deleted, email lotsofdigitaldots@gmail.com.

We delete your story, lyrics, previews and songs from our storage 30 days after you send your story, and the form entry on the same schedule. You can buy a song for 14 days after your previews are made, and your download link works for 14 days after you buy, so please download your song promptly. We will delete yours sooner if you email us.

Please leave out sensitive details such as home addresses, financial details and health information. By sending the form you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you may share this story.
